Lukas Nelson Covers ‘Classical Gas’ For ‘Quarantunes Evening Session’

Lukas Nelson shared a cover of Mason Williams’ instrumental “Classical Gas.” The performance came as part of Nelson’s video series, Quarantunes Evening Session.

“Classical Gas” originally appears on Williams’ 1968 album The Mason Williams Phonograph Record and features contributions from the legendary Wrecking Crew session band. Nelson handles the complex composition on what appears to be a Gibson SJ-200 acoustic guitar.
