Lucy Dacus served as the musical guest on Tuesday’s The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. Dacus led her band through a remote performance of “Hot & Heavy” for last night’s episode.

“Hot & Heavy” appears on Home Video, an album Lucy announced yesterday. Home Video arrives through Matador Records on June 25 and Dacus will support the LP with an extensive tour this fall.

Dacus was joined by her touring band — consisting of guitarist Jacob Blizard, bassist Dominic Angelella, drummer Ricardo Lagomasino and keyboardist Sarah Goldstone — for the Colbert performance. “Hot & Heavy” was filmed at Richmond’s Virginia Repertory Theatre, a venue where Lucy’s mother often performed with Dacus herself taking part in some shows.
