Stream Leon Bridges’ ‘Big Little Lies’ Song ‘That Was Yesterday’

Leon Bridges shared his new song, “That Was Yesterday.” The track was recorded for the HBO series, Big Little Lies, and released as part of the season two soundtrack.

Also featured on the soundtrack are previously unreleased covers of “Piece of My Heart” by Christina Vierra & The Ryan Rehm Band and “Why Can’t We Live Together” by Jim James. The album also includes POP ETC’s cover of Fleetwood Mac’s “Dreams,” Cassandra Wilson’s cover of Neil Young’s “Harvest Moon” and Willie Nelson joining his daughter Paula Nelson on Creedence Clearwater Revival’s “Have You Ever Seen The Rain.”

“A lil’ song from archives I wrote with my good friend Dan Wilson after the whirlwind that was the Coming Home album and touring cycle,” Bridges told Billboard about the new song. “Thank you for all your love and support.”
