Legendary rock photographer and former Allman Brothers Band “tour mystic” Kirk West will present an exhibit of his photographs at Citrus restaurant (320 Amsterdam Ave. at 75th Street) to coincide with the Allman’s 14-show residency at the Beacon Theatre in New York City.

The exhibit will be open daily from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. inside of Citrus starting on March 7 and running until March 29. West has captured hundreds of music icons in action over the past four decades including his beloved Allman Brothers Band, Frank Zappa, Bob Marley and the Grateful Dead. This particular exhibit will focus on his photographs of the Allman Brothers Band, a group he spent over 20 years with in multiple capacities. Kirk’s photos appear on the cover of 10 Allman Brothers Band LP, CD or DVD covers, as well as numerous picture sleeves for the group’s records.
