King Princess Lines Up Geese Cover For BBC ‘Live Lounge’

King Princess headed overseas and recorded a session for BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge program. Brooklyn-based band leader Mikaela Straus led a cover of the Geese song, “Au Pays du Cocaine,” alongside live takes on tracks from the 2025 King Princess album, Girl Violence.

Geese also performed “Au Pays du Cocaine,” during their appearance on last weekend’s episode of Saturday Night Live. The track appeared on the fellow Brooklyn-based group’s own 2025 album, Getting Killed.

In addition to the Geese cover, the King Princess Live Lounge set saw live versions of Girl Violence songs “Get Your Heart Broken” and “Jaime.” View footage of the session below:
