Khruangbin Performs 2 Of Their Albums Live At The Capitol Theatre

Khruangbin made their debut at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York on Wednesday night. The trio started the show by performing their 2018 album Con Todo El Mundo in its entirety and followed with a complete performance of their 2015 debut album The Universe Smiles Upon You.
Wednesday’s concert began with an opening set by the . Khruangbin bassist Laura Lee, guitarist Mark Speer and drummer Donald “DJ” Johnson then took The Capitol Theatre stage and started the show with the Con Todo El Mundo opening track “Cómo Me Quieres.” Nine songs later, they finished the complete rendering of their second album with “Friday Morning.” The trio from Texas then played “Mr. White,” the first track on The Universe Smiles Upon You. That 10-track album was completed with the show-closing “Zionsville.”
Khruangbin performs again tonight with Kikagaku Moyo (幾何学模様) and Connan Mockasin at Central Park SummerStage in New York City. Watch audience-shot videos from last night at The Cap below:
