Kenny Chesney detailed 2023 tour dates in the U.S. The I Go Back Tour will see Chesney treating his fanbase, dubbed No Shoes Nation, to concerts in smaller markets he played as an emerging country star.

“I remember coming up, the craziness of so many of those dates,” Chesney recalled of the tour’s inspiration. “Markets where people were using chain-cutters to get onto the lawn because we were so sold out in the Carolinas… and that’s a kind of energy that should never be left behind. For all those fans – based on how good last year felt – I want to bring what was coming off that stage to you, where you are, so we can all have that kind of experience together!”

The I Go Back Tour — named after one of Chesney’s songs — gets underway on March 25 in State College, Pennsylvania. Chesney wraps March with a concert in Wichita, Kansas on March 30.

April 1 sees the country star in Oklahoma City before heading back east for a concert at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut on April 6. Additional April dates include Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania; Birmingham, Alabama; Jacksonville, Florida; Fort Lauderdale, Florida; Lexington, Kentucky; Greenville, South Carolina and Greensboro, North Carolina.

Kenny Chesney comes to Moline, Illinois on May 4. The show kicks off a Midwest stint that also includes stops in Grand Rapids, Michigan; Grand Forks, North Dakota; Sioux Falls, South Dakota; Lincoln, Nebraska; Fort Wayne, Indiana and Evanston, Indiana.

Chesney will dip back down to the south for concerts in Charleston, South Carolina and Orange Beach, Alabama in late May with the last show on the books so far taking place on July 22 in Des Moines, Iowa. More dates are forthcoming.

General on-sales begin next Friday, December 2 at 10 a.m. local time. Purchase Kenny Chesney tickets via Ticketmaster.
