Kelly D. Morris Shares ‘Focus’ Video Featuring ‘Everything’s Right’ By Phish

One of the latest additions to both the Trey Anastasio and Phish repertoires is the Trey and Tom Marshall-penned mantra “Everything’s Right.” Filmmaker Kelly D. Morris has followed her videos for “More” and “Rise/Come Together” with a video for “Everything’s Right.”

For her latest video, Morris filmed her own clips instead of compiling stock footage. Marshall makes an appearance in the movie, which was filmed in New York City, as does artist Jim Pollock. The “Everything’s Right” video was made with the help of volunteers and includes video captured at the PhanArt show and plenty of donuts. One man’s shift in focus takes him out of his daily grind, and into life, as he learns the trick is to surrender to the flow, rooted in the now. The film features numerous references to Phish songs, and cameos by some dear phriends. Shot in New York City during Phish’s historic “Baker’s Dozen”, a 13-night residency at Madison Square Garden in July and August 2017, focus was inspired by the song ‘Everything’s Right,’ written by Trey Anastasio and Tom Marshall.
