John Mayer Releases ‘Wild Blue’ Video

John Mayer shared the video for “Wild Blue.” The song is off the guitarist and singer-songwriter’s recently released album, Sob Rock, which arrived on July 16.

Sob Rock is Mayer’s first studio album since 2017’s The Search For Everything. Although the guitarist has released a number of songs off the new album over the past few years, he officially announced Sob Rock in June.

Mayer also previewed the record with “Last Train Home,” which came with a music video. “Wild Blue” is now the latest Sob Rock track to receive the video treatment, with direction from Mirada Studios co-founder Mathew Miguel Cullen.

John Mayer is currently on tour with Dead & Company and will hit the road around Sob Rock in early 2022.
