Relix shared pro-shot video of John Fogerty joining Widespread Panic at the inaugual LOCKN’ festival in 2013. The sit-in saw the legendary rocker leading WSP through Creedence Clearwater Revival’s “Keep On Chooglin.’”

While CCR hailed from the Bay Area, Fogerty’s affinity for southern rock — especially swamp rock — is legendary. So the collaboration is a fitting one. The CCR frontman joined WSP at LOCKN’ in 2013 for a slew of Creedence classics that also included “Born On The Bayou,” “Bad Moon Rising,” “Mystic Highway,” “Susie Q,” “The Old Man Down The Road” and “Fortunate Son.”
