Joe Russo’s Almost Dead Announces 2020 Tour Dates
Joe Russo’s Almost Dead expanded their 2020 tour plans with the addition of 16 headlining dates. The tribute act’s new tour dates span March 12 – September 26.
Drummer Joe Russo, guitarists Scott Metzger and Tom Hamilton, bassist Dave Dreiwitz and keyboardist Marco Benevento will follow a previously announced run at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York with a March swing through the Midwest. Up first is a performance at 20 Monroe Live in Grand Rapids, Michigan on March 12. Then, the band will play The Sylvee in Madison on March 13 before heading to St. Louis for two shows at The Pageant March 14 – 15.
JRAD also announced a show at Asheville’s Salvage Station on April 25 and their traditional run during Jazz Fest at New Orleans’ Mardi Gras World Ballroom on May 1 and 2. Then, the quintet returns to Red Rocks for a June 5th performance at the famed Morrison, Colorado venue. Next, Almost Dead will play Cleveland on June 18, Lewiston (New York) on June 19 and Boston on June 20. Additionally, JRAD head to the Pacific Northwest for shows in Eugene, Oregon on July 9; Seattle on July 10 and Bonner, Montana on July 11 and confirmed appearances at Montclair, New Jersey’s Wellmont Theater on September 25 and 26.
More dates will be announced soon. A pre-sale will start on Wednesday, November 20 with details coming via JRAD’s Facebook page. Tickets go on sale to the general public this Friday, November 22.
