Jeff Tweedy Details ‘Together At Last’ Acoustic Collection

Wilco frontman Jeff Tweedy will issue a new collection of solo acoustic recordings titled Together At Last on June 23 via dBpm Records. The 11-track album features renditions of songs previously released by Wilco and Tweedy side projects Loose Fur and Golden Smog.
Tweedy recorded Together At Last at Wilco’s famed Chicago studio The Loft. It is said to be the first in a proposed series called Loft Acoustic Sessions in which Jeff will revisit songs from his massive catalog. Jeff Tweedy produced the LP with Tom Schick and its release will coincide with opening day of Wilco’s Solid Sound Festival at MASS MoCA in North Adams, Massachusetts.
Together At Last features new versions of a number of Wilco classics inclding “Via Chicago,” “I Am Trying To Break your Heart,” “In A Future Age” and “I’m Always In Love.” Tweedy also interprets “Lost Love” from his Golden Smog days and the Loose Fur gem “Laminated Cat.” Various packages are available for pre-order via Wilco’s online store.
