Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit Add Second US Leg Of ‘The Nashville Sound’ Tour

Jason Isbell and his longtime backing band the 400 Unit have added a second U.S. leg to their upcoming tour in support of The Nashville Sound. Isbell & The 400 Unit’s newly-announced run includes a Midwest swing as well as stops on the West Coast, in the Southwest and Southeast.

The busy season of touring comes in conjunction with the release of The Nashville Sound on June 16 via Southeastern Records/Thirty Tigers. Jason and his band revealed they will perform in June on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, CBS Saturday Morning and The Daily Show. The first leg of The Nashville Sound tour runs through mid-July. Isbell and the 400 Unit kick off the second leg at Shreveport Municipal Auditorium in Shreveport, Louisana on August 20.

From there, the group finishes August with shows in Oklahoma, Alabama, Ohio and Ontario. Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit start September with a pair of gigs in Chicago on September 1 and 2. The tour continues with September stops in Minnesota, Colorado, Utah, Montana, Oregon, Washington, California, Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisana, Alabama and concludes at Ovens Auditorium in Charlotte on the 29th and 30.
