Jane’s Addiction‘s original members reunited to release the new studio single, “Imminent Redemption.” The song marks the first new music from the classic lineup of vocalist Perry Farrell, guitarist Dave Navarro, drummer Stephen Perkins and bassist Eric Avery dating back to their 1990 sophomore studio album, Ritual de lo Habitual.
The four musicians shared the stage together for the first time in 14 years on May 23 at London’s Bush Hall. Jane’s Addiction debuted “Imminent Redemption” live at the show and completed a European tour on July 6 with an appearance at Denmark’s Roskilde Festival.
A North American tour with Love and Rockets hits 23 cities between August 9 and September 29. Tickets are on sale now via Ticketmaster.com.

Farrell, Navarro, Perkins and Avery gathered at Hollywood facility Sweetzwerland Studios in Hollywood to record “Imminent Redemption.” The song has all the sonic hallmarks of Jane’s Addiction’s heyday revised for a new generation.
“It is different this time,” stated Jane’s Addiction. “To have everyone back together, releasing new music. It’s time. Welcome to the next chapter of Jane’s Addiction. ‘Imminent Redemption’ is only the beginning.”
