Jane’s Addiction Announces Sterling Spoon Anniversary Tour

Jane’s Addiction will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the release of Ritual De Lo Habitual and the first Lollapalooza with this summer’s Sterling Spoon Anniversary Tour. Supporting the veteran rock band at select stops along the way will be special guests Dinosaur Jr. and Living Colour.
Founding members frontman Perry Farrell, guitarist Dave Navarro and drummer Stephen Perkins with bassist Chris Chaney will bring Jane’s Addiction to Brooklyn, New York on July 15 to help launch the new Coney Island Amphitheater. From their they’ll make stops in Asbury Park, New Jersey; Boston; Philadelphia; Sterling Heights, Michigan and Cleveland. Some nights will feature all three bands, while Living Colour will sit out the stops in Brooklyn and Asbury Park.
Jane’s Addiction will also make an appearance at this year’s Lollapalooza on July 30 at Grant Park in Chicago. The festival originally founded by Farrell in 1991 is celebrating 25 years this year as well.
Tickets to the Sterling Spoon Anniversary Tour go on sale beginning at 10 a.m. local time on Friday, April 15.
