JamGrass TV Shares More Pro-Shot Videos From Friday At 2018 Northwest String Summit

JamGrass TV continues to capture the action at the 2018 Northwest String Summit at Horning’s Hideout in North Plains, Oregon by not only providing live streams of select sets but by posting highlights to YouTube throughout the weekend. The latest bounty comes in the form of four professionally-shot videos from a busy Friday at String Summit ’18.

Yonder Mountain String Band resumes their role as traditional headliners at this year’s NWSS. The five-piece played their first Main Stage set of String Summit ’18 on Friday following a late night performance on the Kinfolk Revival Stage on Thursday. In the video below, recorded on Friday evening, YMSB connects the original “Chasing My Tail” from 2017’s Love. Ain’t Love with an intense cover of the Edgar Winter Group’s 1973 smash “Frankenstein,” watch:

The Infamous Stringdusters have a knack for fitting fun covers into their sets at just the right time. On Friday the group worked their high-energy rendition of the Phish classic “Possum” into their Main Stage performance.
