James Taylor & Family Perform ‘You Can Close Your Eyes’ On ‘Fallon’

James Taylor was accompanied by his wife, Kim and his son, Henry for an appearance on Thursday’s The Tonight Show: At Home Edition. The Taylors performed “You Can Close Your Eyes,” a song James released on Mud Slide Slim And The Blue Horizon, his 1971 studio album.

Kim and the 19-year-old Henry provided sweet harmony vocals in backing James. Henry is a musician of his own who was awarded the Viv Murray Caputo Music Prize in Instrumental and Vocal from Berkshire Day School in 2016. The trio of Taylors recorded “You Can Close Your Eyes” at their home in Montana. Check out the resulting video, which aired on Fallon, below:
