James Blake Announces 2023 Fall Tour Dates & Shares Bombastic ‘Big Hammer’ Single From New Album

Singer-songwriter James Blake will release a new album entitled Playing Robots Into Heaven via Republic Records on September 8. Today, Blake unveiled the LP’s debut single, “Big Hammer,” and laid out plans for a Fall 2023 headlining tour of the UK, Europe and North America.

The Grammy-winning British vocalist/multi-instrumentalist/producer prepped 11 new songs for the follow-up to 2021’s Friends That Break Your Heart. Playing Robots Into Heaven will be James Blake’s sixth studio album.

James Blake starts his 2023 Tour in Milan on September 18. He’ll then hit Brussels, Paris, Berlin, Tilburg (The Netherlands) and London before launching the North American leg in Atlanta on October 3. Blake will bring the trek to New York City, Boston, Montreal, Toronto, Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco through October 19.
