Jack White Releasing Detroit 2014 Concert Via Third Man Records Vault Package

The next vault package from Third Man Records features a recording of Jack White‘s July 30, 2014 concert at the Masonic Temple in Detroit. Vault Package #47, Jack White: Live At The Masonic Temple will be sent to Third Man Records vault subscribers who sign up by January 31 at midnight CT and has been previewed with audio of “Missing Pieces” from the new live album.

The live recording is spread out over four 180-gram colored vinyl LPs and comes within a custom slipcase cover. Additionally, Vault Package #47 contains an exclusive 7-inch featuring the tracks Jack White performed on Saturday Night Live in October 2020.

White’s July 2014 concert held in his hometown of Detroit was part of an extensive world tour in support of Lazaretto, a studio album released the prior month. Lazaretto was Jack’s second solo studio album and his performance included eight tracks from the LP. The +three-hour show also featured a number of The White Stripes classics and a handful of covers such as White and company’s takes on Beck’s “Devil’s Haircut,” Led Zeppelin’s “The Lemon Song” and Hank Williams’ “Ramblin’ Man.”

Another highlight of the night was a performance of “I Cut Like A Buffalo” featuring White’s The Dead Weather band mates Alison Mosshart and Dean Fertita. Take a listen to the version of Blunderbuss track “Missing Pieces” included on Jack White: Live At The Masonic Temple below:
