In 2023, Icelantic Skis launched a collaboration with Pink Floyd commemorating the 50th anniversary of the band’s iconic The Dark Side Of The Moon album. After the initial collab sold out quickly, Icelantic put 100 more pairs of the limited edition skis up for sale exclusively on its website today.

The re-releases are on Icelantic’s new Nomad 100 shape. The Icelantic x Pink Floyd Nomad 100 showcases original sketches by George Hardie and the British design group Hipgnosis on the tails, while the tips feature the album’s iconic prism and color beam imagery. Icelantic’s Design Director has reimagined the beams to reflect off the ski’s edges and converge, merging the album’s concept with innovative artwork.

First released on March 1, 1973, The Dark Side Of The Moon became one of the best-selling albums of all time, with over 50 million copies sold. Icelantic’s special collaboration pays tribute to the album’s legacy, incorporating its legendary artwork into a striking ski design.

“Music and the arts have always been deeply woven into our company’s DNA, and we love creating Limited Edition projects that celebrate those connections,” stated Icelantic Skis Founder Ben Anderson.

The Icelantic x Pink Floyd Nomad 100 were handmade in Denver and come with a 3-Year Bombproof Warranty.
