Hot Tuna will celebrate their 50th anniversary with a lengthy tour that extends from June into September. The group will mix electric and acoustic performances early on before Jorma Kaukonen and Jack Casady focus on electric concerts featuring drummer Justin Guip.

The action starts with a three-night stand of acoustic shows at The Egyptian Theatre in Park City, Utah June 27 – 29. Acoustic Hot Tuna will also be served up in Crystal Bay (Nevada) on July 1, Sacramento on July 2 and Honolulu on July 5. Both versions of the band will play at this year’s Floydfest on July 26 and 27.

Electric Hot Tuna teams with the David Bromberg Quintet at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York on August 15 and at the Paramount Theatre in Asbury Park on August 17 before Larry Campbell & Teresa Williams open in Westbury, New York on August 17. Next, the legendary Dave Mason supports EHT at a series of concerts in the Northeast. Then, Electric Hot Tuna goes it alone to end the month with stops in North Carolina, Tennessee and Atlanta.

September starts for EHT at Graceland in Memphis on the 1st. From there, the group ends the tour with stops in Missouri, Colorado, Montana, Washington and Oregon.
