Hiss Golden Messenger’s M.C. Taylor recently stopped by Raleigh, North Carolina’s 95.7 That Station for an in-studio live performance. The solo acoustic set featured a pair of songs off the recently released Hiss album, Jump For Joy.
Released last month, Jump For Joy was recorded by Taylor and his bandmates – guitarist Chris Boerner, bassist Alex Bingham, keyboardist Sam Fribush and drummer Nick Falk — at Sonic Ranch studio in Tornillo, Texas over two weeks late last fall. Taylor produced the album with longtime collaborator Scott Hirsch engineering.
