Heart’s 2025 Summer Tour rolled into the Wolf Trap in Vienna, Virginia on Sunday. The concert saw the rockers breaking out a cover of Led Zeppelin’s “Rain Song” for the first time in 10 years.
Led by frontwoman Ann Wilson alongside her sister Nancy Wilson on acoustic guitar, “The Rain Song” came toward the end of Heart’s set at the scenic Wolf Trap near Washington D.C. Heart kicked off the concert with the title track to their 1980 album, Bébé le Strange. The first half of the set also included favorites “Magic Man” and “Crazy On You.” Following the latter came Nancy Wilson’s tribute to the late great Eddie Van Halen, “4 Edward.” The band also linked up 1978’s “Straight On” with a cover of David Bowie’s “Let’s Dance.”
Additionally, Heart touched on the catalog of Wilson sisters side project Lovemongers with “Sand.” The rockers also delivered a double dose of Zep at Wolf Trap on Sunday, performing another Houses of the Holy track, closer “The Ocean.” Heart concluded the concert with the classic “Barracuda.”
