Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Shares First 2017 Lineup Medley

A tradition will continue this fall with the 2017 Hardly Strictly Bluegrass music festival. The free, three-day festival will be held in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park October 6 – 8. In recent years organizers of the event have shared medleys to give attendees a hint as to who will be performing at the festival, which was founded by the late Warren Hellman. Today, HSB organizers have shared the first medley of music that reveals some of the acts playing HSB this year.

The complete lineup will feature over 100 performers who will appear across seven stages. Below is the first medley shared in advance of HSB 2017 which is made up of recordings by 10 of the artists who will be at Golden Gate Park. Listeners are encouraged to share their guess in the comments of this post. Stay tuned for more lineup-revealing medleys in the coming weeks ahead of the final official full lineup confirmation.
