Hang With The Word At The JamBase Artist Lounge

This fall The Word will embark on the supergroup’s most extensive tour since 2002. The band, which features keyboardist John Medeski, sacred steel specialist Robert Randolph and The North Mississippi Allstars, will follow an appearance at this month’s Roots N Blues N BBQ Festival in Missouri with a cross-country, 14-show jaunt that begins at The Fillmore in San Francisco on October 1. The tour also hits L.A., Anaheim, Solana Beach, Las Vegas, Boulder, Denver, Chicago, Millvale, D.C., Glenside and NYC before it comes to a close at The Paradise in Boston on October 17.
