Hand Habits Release Bold New Single ‘The Bust of Nefertiti’
Listen to the third and final single off the upcoming album, Sugar The Bruise.

Hand Habits, the recording moniker of multi-instrumentalist Meg Duffy, shared “The Bust of Nefertiti,” the third and final single off their new album, Sugar The Bruise. The six-song LP comes out this Friday, June 16 through Fat Possum Records.
Duffy’s experience in August 2021 leading a month-long songwriting workshop was an integral influence on the songs makin gup Sugar The Bruise. Duffy worked with co-producers Luke Temple, Philip Weinrobe and Jeremy Harris on the follow-up to 2021’s Fun House. Along with “The Bust of Nefertiti,” Duffy previously previewed the album with the singles “Private Life” and “Something Wrong.”

Hand Habits announced a batch of tour dates taking place in North America in September. The new tour dates join previously confirmed performances this year supporting The National.
