Guns N’ Roses Cover AC/DC With Angus Young In Germany

Veteran rockers Guns N’ Roses brought their Not In This Lifetime Tour to Messegelände in Hanover, Germany last night. The concert featured a guest spot by guitarist Angus Young who sat-in on a pair of AC/DC classics.

GNR frontman Axl Rose recently served as vocalist for AC/DC following former lead singer Brian Johnson’s forced retirement from live performing due to hearing damage. Young emerged midway into the main set to join Slash on guitar on “Whole Lotta Rosie.” The 62-year-old co-founding member of AC/DC stuck around to assist on a subsequent take on “Riff Raff” just as he did in Sydney in February.

The pair of covers, which have long been staples of the GNR repertoire, can be seen in the audience-shot videos below:
