Greg Loiacono Shares ‘The Red Thread Part III (The Day’s Long Wind)’ Animated Video

Founding member of The Mother Hips, Greg Loiacono is set to issue his debut solo LP Songs From A Golden Dream next Friday, September 23. Today, the guitarist has shared the record’s first official video for the track “The Red Thread Part III (The Days Long Wind).”

Premiered by Glide Magazine, Loiacono discussed the inspiration behind the track, telling the outlet:

The song was initially written as a lullaby for my young daughter. Most of the imagery is taken from a specific dream I had. For me, the song’s meaning ended up being more about disconnecting from the daily grind and allowing your dreams to carry you off to some other place for a while.
