Green Day, Fall Out Boy & Weezer Announce Summer Tour 2020 & New Albums

Green Day, Fall Out Boy and Weezer confirmed details of their “Hella Mega” Summer Tour 2020. The three acts will hit cities on both sides of the Atlantic in support of new albums they have coming. Tonight (Tuesday, September 10), the three bands will perform at the tiny Whisky A Go Go in Los Angeles to celebrate the news of their tour and new albums. In addition, Weezer appears on Jimmy Kimmel Live tonight with Fall Out Boy to perform tomorrow (Wednesday, September 11) and Green Day to conclude the “three-day music takeover” on Thursday.
The tour begins at La Defense Arena in Paris on June 13, 2020. Stops in The Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Scotland, England and Ireland follow. All three bands then head to North America for a coast-to-coast leg that spans July 17 – August 29. Up first is a performance at T-Mobile Park in Seattle on July 17. From there, the tour hits San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, Denver, Arlington (Texas), Houston, Miami, Jacksonville, Atlanta, Minneapolis, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Hershey (Pennsylvania), Detroit, Washington D.C., New York City, Toronto and Boston. Green Day, Fall Out Boy and Weezer are currently slated to conclude the run at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia on August 29.

Weezer are set to unveil the new studio album Van Weezer on May 15, 2020 via Crush Music/Atlantic. The band’s 14th studio album was produced by Suzy Shinn and includes the lead single “The End Of The Game.” Watch “The End Of Game” video below:
