Goose released Live At The Fox Theatre featuring recordings of their June 21 and 22 shows at the historic Atlanta venue today on all major streaming services. The June 22nd show is the focus of a limited-edition 5-LP hardcover box set vinyl release which is now available for pre-order.

The Connecticut-based jam quintet brought their summer tour to The Fox for a three-night run June 20 – 22. Goose’s performance on June 21 in Atlanta started with a cover of Echo & The Bunnymen’s “The Killing Moon,” a cut from the soundtrack to 2001 film Donnie Darko. The first set of the show also included a rousing “Elizabeth,” intense “Dr. Darkness,” Jeff Arevalo-sung “Rock The Casbah,” high-energy “Drive” and the hard-hitting combo of “Bob Don” and “Everything Must Go.”

Goose’s second set on June 21 began with Dripfield highlight “Hungersite.” The band then delivered the recently debuted original “Give It Time” ahead of an expansive “Thatch.” After “Feel It Now” and “726,” it was back to Dripfield for the album’s title track. A “Turbulence & The Night Rays” encore punctuated the night.

On June 22, Goose kicked out the jams with a three-song second set consisting of “Tumble,” “A Western Sun” and “Red Bird.” The opening stanza featured the five-piece’s first take on The Wood Brothers classic “Atlas” in 92 shows and an adventurous “Arrow.” Goose said farewell to the ATL by busting out a cover of The Band’s “The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down” after eight years on the shelf and performing fan-favorite “Factory Fiction.”

The Atlanta run came amid one of Goose’s biggest headline tour to date. Stream Live At The Fox Theatre and watch pro-shot video of the June 22 show below:
