Funky But Better Benefit In New York City

Later this month a special benefit held at Beekman Beer Garden in New York City will feature a performance by Funky But Better -a group consisting of Galactic drummer Stanton Moore, trombonist Big Sam, Living Colour bassist Doug Wimbish, guitarist Eric McFadden and keyboardist Ivan Neville. The show is scheduled for September 25 with proceeds benefiting The Roots Of Music.

Moore will be the master of ceremonies for this special event. Hot Lava Band is set to open. Both VIP and general admission tickets are available via Ticketfly.
