We recently came across an exceptional live performance from the great Joni Mitchell that’s garnered multiple views since we first came across it, so we figured it was a perfect selection for this week’s Full Show Friday. The Canadian chanteuse performed a set at London’s BBC Television Centre in Shepherd’s Bush on September 3, 1970 and footage from the performance was assembled for a television special dubbed “Joni Mitchell Sings Joni Mitchell.” 
Over the course of the 30-minute performance Mitchell treats an enraptured audience to pitch-perfect renditions of “Chelsea Morning,” “Cactus Tree,” “My Old Man,” “For Free,” “California,” “Big Yellow Taxi” and “Both Sides Now.” Watch Joni’s breathtaking performance:
