Formula 5 Announces Winter Tour

Upstate New York jam act Formula 5 will soon embark on a Winter Tour. The run focuses on shows in New York and New England over a seven-week span and will see the four-piece visit new markets and return to familiar stops.

The tour begins at Flour City Station in Rochester January 14 and includes visits to New York cities Jamestown, Buffalo, Oneonta, Syracuse and Plattsburgh as well as New Haven, Connecticut in January. F5 kicks off a slate of February gigs at the iconic Nectar’s in Burlington, Vermont February 5. From there, the quartet heads to Nyack, Stamford, Providence, Manchester, Lake George, Bridgeport and Stratton before a performance at Brooklyn Bowl in NYC February 22. The tour concludes with shows in Worcester, Clifton Park, Hartford, Burlington and Woodstock as the group will spend plenty of time on I-90, I-88 and I-87 over the coming months.

Support acts for the tour include Rochester’s Upward Groove, Buffalo’s Universe Shark and Fredtown Stompers, Boston jamband The Jauntee and groove-rockers Strange Machines, Connecticut’s Goose and Moxa, New York based Capital Zen, The Other Brothers, Sprocket, Teddy Midnight and Chromatropic as well as Sammich from Vermont.
