Follow Friday | Mick Jagger

The Rolling Stones lead singer Mick Jagger is not the most prolific when it comes to using his official Twitter account @MickJagger, but when he does tweet it’s usually worth noting. The infrequent tweeter will check in from time to time while out on tour with The Stones, including recent stops on their Zip Code North American Tour. If his tweets are any evidence, the 71-year-old Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame member is showing no signs of slowing down anytime soon.

Mick started the Zip Code Tour with a few tweets from the band’s first stop at Petco Park in San Diego and gave his thoughts on their secret Los Angeles club show played a few nights prior.

Prior to the tour, Mick also hinted at a special guest at their upcoming Nashville stop on June 17 and checked in from tour rehearsals.

Jagger was also a participant in a recent Twitter/Vine Q&A where fans submitted questions via the hashtag #AskTheStones.

Expect more tweets from @MickJagger as the Zip Code Tour continues tomorrow night at Ohio Stadium in Columbus, Ohio. Follow all of our Follow Friday selections by subscribing to the JamBase Follow Friday Twitter List.
