Flashback | Frank Zappa Makes TV Debut On Steve Allen Show

Before Frank Zappa rose to fame as the leader of The Mothers Of Invention, he made his television debut on a 1963 episode of The Steve Allen Show. The clean-shaven Zappa, who was 22 at the time, played bicycle -yes, bicycle -on his visit to Allen’s program.
