Farm Aid Adds Acts To 2017 Lineup & Announces Live Broadcasts

The 2017 installment of Farm Aid will be held at KeyBank Pavilion outside of Pittsburgh on Saturday, September 16. Organizers of the fundraiser for family farmers recently announced a pair of additions to the lineup as well as a handful of broadcast options.
Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats and Margo Price have been added to the lineup for Farm Aid ’17. The event was already set to feature performances by Farm Aid board members Willie Nelson, John Mellencamp, Neil Young and Dave Matthews with Tim Reynolds, as well as Sheryl Crow, Jack Johnson, The Avett Brothers, Jamey Johnson, Blackberry Smoke, Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, Valerie June, Insects vs Robots and Blackwood Quartet. Neil Young has taken 2017 off from the road and as of press time Farm Aid is his only confirmed performance of the year outside a cameo at Stagecoach.
While tickets for Farm Aid ’17 are sold out, there are multiple options to follow along live. FarmAid.org will host a webcast, SiriusXM’s channel 59 (Willie’s Roadhouse) will broadcast live from the event and AXS TV will air coverage begainning at 7 p.m. ET on September 16.
