Eric Clapton Announces Only UK Shows Of 2019 At Royal Albert Hall

The days of lengthy tours from Eric Clapton are over but Slowhand still plays live sporadically. Clapton announced a three-show run at Royal Albert Hall in London, which will be his only 2019 performances in the U.K.
Eric Clapton will lead a version of his band featuring keyboardist Chris Stainton, bassist Nathan East, guitarist Doyle Bramhall II and drummer Sonny Emory at Royal Albert Hall on May 13, 15 and 16. Clapton has previously played 208 shows at the venue between December 1964 and May 2017 as per Where’s Eric. Tickets for the 2019 run go on sale this Friday, October 26 at 10 a.m. local time.
