Last night bluegrass legend Ricky Skaggs and iconic keyboardist Bruce Hornsby visited Conan O’Brien’s TBS talk show in support of the recently released Cluck Ol’ Hen.

The pair and their talented backing band performed a bluegrass-fueled arrangement of Hornsby’s 1986 hit “The Way It Is” to the delight of O’Brien’s studio audience. Take a look:
