Rockin’ Down The Highway: Doobie Brothers Confirm Summer 2024 Tour Dates With Steve Winwood & Robert Cray
The legendary band features Tom Johnston, Michael McDonald, Pat Simmons and John McFee.

The announced extensive 2024 Summer Tour dates comprised of stops in 38 U.S. cities. Steve Winwood and the Robert Cray Band will each open select shows during the three-month, cross-country excursion.
Once again, the Doobies’ lineup will feature Michael McDonald along with Tom Johnston, Pat Simmons and John McFee. McDonald returned to the fold after 25 years in 2021 for the band’s 50th Anniversary Tour. The singer-songwriter who helped write such Doobies hits as “Takin’ It To The Streets,” “What A Fool Believes” and “Minute By Minute” has been performing with the band ever since.

The Robert Cray Band is aboard as support for the first leg of the tour spanning June 15 through July 14. The Doobie Brothers and Cray’s ensemble launch the trek in Washington state with shows on June 15 in Auburn and June 16 in Ridgefield. Next up is a stop in Bend, Oregon on June 18 before a California swing featuring stops in Wheatland on June 20, Concord on June 22, Los Angeles on June 23 and San Diego on June 25. It’s then off to Phoenix on June 26, Dallas on June 29, Houston on June 30, Tulsa on July 2, Durant (Oklahoma) on July 3, Rogers (Arkansas) on July 6. Cray and the Doobies head to Florida next for concerts in Jacksonville on July 8, West Palm Beach on July 10 and Tampa on July 11 ahead of performances in Atlanta on July 13 and Knoxville on July 14.
After a few weeks off, Steve Winwood opens the second leg of the Doobie Brothers’ tour starting in Charlotte on July 30 and Raleigh on July 31. Northeast dates follow in Camden (New Jersey) on August 3, Bristow (Virginia) on August 4, Holmdel (New Jersey) on August 6, New York City on August 7, Bridgeport (Connecticut) on August 9, Gilford (New Hampshire) on August 10, Mansfield (Massachusetts) on August 12 and Saratoga Springs (New York) on August 13.

The tour continues in the Midwest with concerts in Clarkston (Michigan) on August 15, Noblesville (Indiana) on August 17, Cincinnati on August 18, Burgettstown (Pennsylvania) on August 20; Cuyahoga Falls (Ohio) on August 22, Maryland Heights (Missouri) on August 24, Tinley Park (Illinois) on August 25 and Omaha on August 27. The Doobie Brothers featuring Steve Winwood as support close out the tour with shows in Denver on August 29 and Salt Lake City on August 30.
