Dolly Parton performed at halftime of the NFL’s Thanksgiving game between the home team Dallas Cowboys and visiting Washington Commanders. Parton played a medley of her hits, “Jolene” and “9 To 5,” and ended with a pair of Queen’s arena rock anthems.

The 77-year-old Parton’s performance followed last week’s release of her 49th studio album, and first rock ‘n’ roll album, the aptly titled Rockstar. Parton enlisted an impressive roster of special guests for the record mostly consisting of well-known rock covers, including Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Emmylou Harris, Elton John, Sheryl Crow, Sting, Stevie Nicks and many others.

Dressed in a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader uniform, Parton’s performance featured the iconic cheer squad joining her on the field for a choreographed dance routine. After rolling through her classic originals “Jolene” and “9 To 5,” Parton concluded her halftime show with a Rockstar showcase of Queen’s “We Are The Champions” and “We Will Rock You.”
