The Disco Biscuits Expand Why We Dance Tour 2024 Into Spring

The Disco Biscuits added a spring leg to their Why We Dance Tour 2024. The jamtronica pioneers will focus on the Northeast, South and Southeast next March and April.

Up first for Bisco in 2024 is a previously announced West Coast and Colorado swing. The spring leg starts with a two-night stand at The Fillmore in Silver Spring, Maryland on March 7 and 8.

The tour moves on to Pittsburgh on March 9 and Charlottesville (Virginia) on March 10. Next up is tDB’s return to the Northeast for shows in Albany, New York on March 13; New Haven, Connecticut on March 14; Portland, Maine on March 15; Boston on March 16; Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania on March 28; a show to be announced set for March 29 and two nights in Buffalo, New York March 30 – 31. The Portland show is a rescheduled date for a previously postponed concert.

Louisville’s Mercury Ballroom hosts the Disco Biscuits on April 2. From there the four-piece hits New Orleans on April 4, Houston on April 5, Dallas on April 6, Burnet (Texas) on April 7, Asheville on April 11, Nashville on April 12, Atlanta on April 13 and Raleigh on April 14. The band also announced their return to the Electric Forest festival in June 2024.

The Disco Biscuits bassist Marc Brownstein shared the following regarding a run that mixes familiar and unfamiliar cities for the band:

“We are so excited for these late winter and spring dates! 2024 starts off with a bang and is filled with amazing venues, some of which are new to us like Stage AE, College Street and the Brooklyn Bowl in Nashville, while some are old faves like the Kirby, the HOBs in Boston and New Orleans, and ultimately the Tabernacle. We are looking forward to heating up the country from west to east this winter and spring!”

An Artist Presale for the new dates using the password WHYWEDANCE24 gets underway on Wednesday, December 6 at 12 p.m. ET. Then, general on-sales follow at 12 p.m. ET this Friday, December 8. VIP Packages will also be available featuring early entry, access to the pre-show soundcheck and other goodies.
