The last day of the 2015 installment of Camp Bisco was held Saturday at its new home of Montage Mountain in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Attendees were treated to three sets from festival hosts the Disco Biscuits who continued a trend started the night before by debuting new cover songs.
On Friday tDB debuted new covers originally performed by Hall & Oates and Pink Floyd, Saturday they stuck to originals for their early afternoon first set, making their way through “Astronaut” > “Vasillios” > “I-Man” > “Voices Insane” > “Pilin It High(er)” on the Electric City stage. Later in the evening, the Disco Biscuits reemerged for a second set that concluded with the debut of their take on Muse’s “Knights Of Cydonia.”
Bisco then turned the Electric City stage over to Bassnectar for a full set by the electronic producer with the Disco Biscuits coming back for another set after Bassnectar wrapped up. Another cover debut, “Home” by LCD Soundsystem, came toward the close of their third and final Camp Bisco set, which segued into the ending of “Spacebirdmatingcall” to conclude the show. Both “Home” and “Spacebirdmatingcall” featured Kyle Holly of Modern Measure on percussion.
