Live For Live Music’s Denver Comes Alive is set to return to the Mile High City in 2025. Next year’s event will be a dual venue outing between Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom and Cervantes Other Side going down on January 17 and 18, and will also celebrate the long-running independent Denver venue’s 22nd anniversary.
Denver Comes Alive, along with its Brooklyn Comes Alive predecessor, were inspired by the embarrassment of riches that is the New Orleans Jazz Fest late night scene.
New Orleans will be well-represented at Denver Comes Alive with Poppa Funk & The Night Tripper, a celebration of both The Meters and Dr. John, featuring George Porter Jr., Eric Krasno, Ivan Neville, Jon Cleary, Tony Hall, Ian Neville, Deven Trusclair, Erica Falls, Alex Wasily, Eric ‘Benny’ Bloom and Nate Miller. Several of the aforementioned musicians will collaborate in a performance dubbed Crescent City Classics.

One dollar from every ticket sold to Denver Comes Alive 2025 will benefit Conscious Alliance. A presale begins Thursday, October 24 at 10 a.m. MT (Code: LIVEFORLIVEDENVER). General onsales get underway Friday, October 25 at 10 a.m. MT.
