Deep Roots Mountain Revival Festival Reveals 2016 Daily Schedule

The first Deep Roots Mountain Revival Festival is slated to debut at Marvin’s Mountaintop in Masontown, West Virginia September 15 – 18. Today, festival organizers have revealed the daily schedule of performances for the inaugural event.

The first day of the festival will be highlighted by Melvin Seals and the JGB. Day two of the festival will see appearances by Greensky Bluegrass, Fruition, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Shooter Jennings with Waymore’s Outlaws, Love and Theft, Marty Stuart and His Fabulous Superlatives, Cabinet and others. Saturday’s action includes Leftover Salmon, Blackberry Smoke, The David Grisman Sextet, Ricky Skaggs and Kentucky Thunder, Rising Appalachia and more. The final day of Deep Roots will see sets by Jamey Johnson, Corey Smith, The Marcus King Band and others. View the full schedule in the graphic below.

Deep Roots organizers will donate $3 for every three-day pass sold to the United Way of Southern West Virginia to support relief efforts for recent severe flooding in the area. Head to the festival’s website for additional details and to purchase tickets.
