Dead & Company Announces Summer & Fall Tour 2021
Dead & Company confirmed a 2021 tour that includes dates in both the summer and fall. The sextet — consisting of Grateful Dead members Bob Weir, Mickey Hart and Bill Kreutzmann along with John Mayer, Oteil Burbridge and Jeff Chimenti — will hit the road on August 16 in Raleigh and conclude the jaunt with three nights at the famed Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles October 29 – 31.
The first Dead & Company tour since Fall 2019 starts at Raleigh’s Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek on August 16. From there, the band hits Bristow, Virginia on August 18 before returning to Citi Field in New York City on August 20. Dates in Philadelphia, Bethel (New York), Darien (New York), Saratoga Springs (New York) and Hershey (Pennsylvania) close out August for Dead & Company.
September stops include two nights in Mansfield, Massachusetts on the 2nd and 3rd and Hartford on the 5th followed by a Midwest swing with stops in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; Clarkston, Michigan; Cincinnati; Maryland Heights, Missouri; Noblesville, Indiana and two nights in Chicago.
Dead & Company begins the October portion of the jaunt in West Palm Beach, Florida on October 6. Additional October dates follow in Tampa, Charlotte, Atlanta, Dallas, Woodlands (Texas), Greenwood Village (Colorado), Phoenix, San Diego and three nights at Hollywood Bowl, culminating on Halloween.
Ticketmaster Fan Registration is now available through Sunday, May 16 at 10 p.m. PT via Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan program. Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan presale begins Wednesday, May 19 at 10 a.m. local venue time through Thursday, May 20 ta 10 p.m. local venue time. Tickets go on sale to the general public next Friday, May 21 at 12 p.m. local venue time through Ticketmaster.
