Daze Between New Orleans Unveils 2024 Lineup: Lettuce With John Scofield, Gov’t Mule & Friends And More
Scofield, Chuck Leavell, Ivan Neville, Karl Denson, Dirty Dozen Brass Band and Daniel Donato will guest with Gov’t Mule at the NOLA festival.

Daze Between New Orleans comes back to NOLA’s Faubourg Brewery on Tuesday, April 30 and Wednesday, May 1 boasting a 2024 lineup headlined by Lettuce with special guest John Scofield and a guest-filled Gov’t Mule performance. The event held between weekends of the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival will feature performances on two stages with no overlapping sets.
Lettuce and Scofield top the bill on Tuesday, April 30. The powerhouse funk band and legendary jazz guitarist will play Daze Between New Orleans’ first day after performances by Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Krasno/Moore Project, Dogs In A Pile, Cool Cool Cool and The Rumble featuring Chief Joseph Boudreaux Jr.
Gov’t Mule headlines Daze Between New Orleans on Wednesday, May 1 with special guests John Scofield, Chuck Leavell, Ivan Neville, Karl Denson, Daniel Donato and the Dirty Dozen Brass Band slated to sit-in. Galactic featuring Anjelika “Jelly” Joseph, Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country, Karina Rykman and The Iceman Special will also play the final day of this year’s festival.

Organizers Live For Live Music, GMP Live, Purple Hat Productions, Dayglo Presents and Rose Tours will donate a portion of proceeds from the event to New Orleans-based nonprofits via the Rex Foundation. The funds donated will come from ticket sales as well as such onsite initatives as an auction featuring items and experiences from artists performing at the festival along with NOLA- and Grateful Dead-themed artwork, memorabilia and other items.
In addition to the music, Daze Between New Orleans 2024 will partner with Relix Magazine to offer daily “Relix Talks.” These conversations and panel discussions will feature artists performing at the festival, local musicians and “other influential figures in the music world.”
