Dawes Performs ‘All Your Favorite Bands’ In Its Entirety At The Ryman

By Andy Kahn Feb 11, 2019 7:36 am PST

Dawes performed their album All Your Favorite Bands live in its entirety at their show Sunday at The Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. The group previously performed the full album on the day it was released in 2015.

Dawes started their second of two shows at the famed Music City venue with the All Your Favorite Bands opening track “Things Happen.” They then proceeded to play the next eight songs that make up their fourth studio album, which was recorded in Nashville with producer David Rawlings. The album’s closer “Now That It’s Too Late, Maria” brought an end to the first set.

The second set was made up of songs from the band’s other five albums, with the single “Feed The Fire” from last year’s Passwords chosen as the opener. The performance also saw takes on “From a Window Seat” from Stories Don’t End, “When the Tequila Runs Out” from We’re All Gonna Die, “Time Spent In Los Angeles” from Nothing Is Wrong and the show-closing “When My Time Comes” from their 2009 debut North Hills.
