Dave Matthews Band will release official audio of their June 6, 2014 concert at Darling’s Waterfront Pavilion in Bangor, Maine as Live Trax Vol. 52. The next installment of the band’s live archival series is due to ship on or around July 29 with downloads available on July 31.
Live Trax Vol. 52 was recorded during the group’s Summer Tour 2014 in which they presented an acoustic set followed by an electric set each night. The stop in Bangor came eight shows into the 42-show run and was the first Dave Matthews Band concert in Maine since 1996.

Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds took the stage first that night for acoustic duo performances of “Oh” and “Bartender” before the rest of the band joined in for a set which included unplugged renditions of classics “Two Step,” “What Would You Say,” “I’ll Back You Up,” “Recently” and “Tripping Billies” as well as the more recent number “Stolen Away On 55th & 3rd.” DMB returned for a lengthy electric frame highlighted by the tour’s first “The Song That Jane Likes,” a well-jammed “Crush,” brief foray into “Blue Water” as the opening to “Warehouse” and dynamite “Jimi Thing” set closer complete with a “Sexy MF” outro.
The group said farewell in Bangor with an encore of “The Space Between” and “Ants Marching.” Live Trax Vol. 52 can be pre-ordered in CD, MP3 and FLAC formats via the band’s online store.
