Warren Haynes, Robert Randolph & Preservation Hall Jazz Band Join Dave Matthews Band At Jazz Fest

Warren Haynes and Robert Randolph performed with Dave Matthews Band at Jazz Fest in New Orleans. Local legends Preservation Hall Jazz Band also sat-in during Saturday’s set.
DMB first brought out Randolph to add lap steel to “Louisiana Bayou.” The members of Pres Hall then emerged to augment a performance of “That Girl Is You.” Later in the set, Haynes played slide guitar on a version of “Tripping Billies.” The set closed with Preservation Hall Jazz Band onstage for “Ants Marching.” Dave Matthews Band then encored with a cover of Bob Dylan’s “All Along The Watchtower.” Watch audience-shot video of the collaborations below:
