Dave Grohl Kicks Out The Jams With Prophets Of Rage In Los Angeles

On Thursday night supergroup Prophets Of Rage continued their Make America Rage Again Tour at The Forum in Inglewood. The group featuring Rage Against The Machine’s Tom Morello, Tim Commerford and Brad Wilk and frontmen B-Real of Cypress Hill and Chuck D of Public Enemy along with DJ Lord welcomed Foo Fighters founder Dave Grohl to lead them through a classic rock cover towards the end of the show.
As usual Prophets Of Rage presented a mix of original material with songs from Rage Against The Machine, Public Enemy and Cypress Hill. The penultimate song of the night was a cover of MC5’s “Kick Out The Jams” featuring Grohl. The former Nirvana drummer showed off his guitar skills by dueling with Morello and the cover also included a rap from B-Real. Dave Grohl had previously sat-in with Prophets Of Rage at tour stop in Toronto last month, where he also helped out on “Kick Out The Jams.”
